Preparation
- In-house full color separation (includes 4-color process)
- Mac and PC compatible. If you are giving us custom artwork, we prefer TIFF or PSD files at 300dpi. This allows us to print at the highest quality possible. But if you don't, we can work with that as well.
- Art charges: if applicable, rate is $50 per hour, 1-hr minimum
- Set-up charges
- Film = $15/color
- Screens = $20/color (fee will be waived if you re-print the same design later, regardless of color change- call us for details)
Printing
- 5 silk-screen printers, each capable of up to 14 colors
- We use a variety of inks including gels, puff, high density, glitter, discharged print, metallic, flocking and foil prints
- Heat transfers available
- Post-production fulfillment available
